Establisment of limited liability company(LLC) in Poland

According to the Polish Code of Commercial Companies the agreement to establish a limited liability company(LLC) in Poland it is required to:

conclude a company agreement;
contribute by the shareholders to cover the entire share capital and, if the share price is higher than the nominal value, also the surplus;
appoint the board;
establish the supervisory board or the audit committee, if required by law or company agreement;
entry into registry.
