Registration application of LLC in Poland

The registration application of a limited liability company(LLC) in Poland with a registered court should include:

• the company, seat and address of the company;
• the subject of the company;
• the amount of share capital;
• determine if a partner can have more than one share;
• names, addresses and addresses of management board members and the manner of representation of the company;
• the names and surnames of members of the supervisory board or the audit committee, if the law or company agreement requires the establishment of a supervisory board or audit committee;
• if the shareholders contribute to the company in kind - mark this fact;
• duration of the company if it is limited;
• if the contract indicates a medium intended for company's announcements - name of this medium.
