Registration of limited liability company(LLC) in Poland

The Management Board registers the company to the court of registration competent for the seat of the company. All members of the board sign up the registration form.
The registry court may not refuse to register a company because of minor misconduct which does not undermine the interests of the company and of the public interest and can not be removed without incurring disproportionate costs.
