The Main Archives carried out a scanning of the Bug River records - records and civil records from the years 1590-1911 from eastern Galicia. It contains over 5800 metric books from the eastern pre-war regions of Poland, among others from the province Lviv and Volhynia. It's 850 thousand of documents from period 1590-1911, which allows anyone to study their own genealogy. These files originated in the pre-war areas of the Second Polish Commonwealth: Lvov, Tarnopol, Stanislaw, Wołyński and Polesie. There are also over 5800 books, mainly from the 19th century, which refer to population from Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Greek Catholic and Evangelical parishes and from the Jewish community. These books are the legacy of the Polish nation with a great cultural significance. In addition, Lublin has an achive of 130 thousand records. The Internet database of the population from 1932-50 was also created by the State Archives in Zamość. It currently counts 30,000. Records.
